Refunds and Returns Policy


No refunds for any products will be issued after 60 days from purchase.

Physical Products

Physical products (e.g., Print Books) may not be returned. Contact FULL VOICE Music if you encounter any issues with your purchase.

Digital Products

Digital downloads (e.g., PDFs, mp3s) purchased from au.fullvoicemusic.com may not be returned or exchanged. No refunds will be issued except for duplicate purchases of digital products with identical SKUs.

In the event of the purchaser’s loss of data or media failure:

  • customers with FULL VOICE Music accounts can access their digital product purchases by logging in to their account.
  • customers without FULL VOICE Music accounts may contact support@fullvoicemusic.com and upon reasonable request may receive a replacement copy.

By purchasing products from www.au.fullvoicemusic.com, you agree to the license terms for each type of product.

Purchasers shall use Stripe or PayPal, Apple Pay, or Google Pay when paying for products. You may also use third-party tools to authenticate to this Site. Amazon Products

FULL VOICE Products purchased on Amazon are printed and distrubuted by Amazon. As such, if any product is damaged, defective, or if shipping is delayed you must contact Amazon to resolve the issue.

Re-Sellers

An Amazon re-seller is an individual or business that buys products from suppliers and sells them for a profit on the Amazon marketplace. FULL VOICE Music is not responsible for any price differences, damages, or defects of any item purchased through a re-seller. You must contact Amazon to resolve the issue.
