Shipping Policy

How much is shipping?

Shipping to Australia: Shipping fees are determined at check out based on the size and weight of the package.

Will I get a tracking number?

An email will be sent once your order has been dispatched. If your package was shipped as a parcel a tracking number will be included in the shipping notification email.

Do you ship to PO Boxes?

We cannot send packages to PO BOXES, so please ensure a street address is supplied.

What if my order has not arrived after 14 days?

A parcel is considered lost after it has been in the postal system for a period of 15 business days for Australia and 21 business days for New Zealand orders. We cannot take responsibility for delays caused by holidays or inclement weather. Although orders normally take much less than that we are unable to dispatch a replacement until this period of time has elapsed.

Are you shipping Internationally?

At this time, we cannot ship internationally. If you are in North America, please visit www.fullvoicemusic.com. If you are in Singapore or Malaysia, please visit our distributor MusicNuts! https://musicnuts.sg/. We encourage teachers to purchase our books from the Amazon store in their country or take advantage of our digital resources.

Will I have to pay duties or import fees?

You will be liable for all import duties, customs, and taxes. These will be due at the point of or after delivery.

Please be aware that FULL VOICE Music does not control the duties, customs, and taxes levied by the country in which your order is being shipped. We cannot advise you what the cost will be as these charges can vary according to the country.
